This Cancellation and Refund Policy governs the cancellation and modification conditions for booking services provided by Lubas Eyes Travel Agency.

1.2. By making an application and confirming the booking, the Client agrees to the terms of this Policy.

Cancellation by the Client
2.1. The Client has the right to cancel the booking by notifying the Contractor in advance by e-mail or via messengers.
2.2. The cancellation and possible refund conditions depend on:

The terms of the partners (guides, transport, hotels, etc.).

Refund of funds

3.2. If the service has been cancelled by the Customer later than the agreed time limits, a refund may not be possible.
3.3. Refunds, if any, are made in the same way as the payment was made, within the agreed time limits.

Change of booking
4.1. The Client may request a change in the date or program of the service.
4.2. The possibility of changes depends on the availability of services and is agreed upon individually.

Cancellation by the Contractor
5.1. The Contractor reserves the right to cancel or modify the service in case of force majeure (weather conditions, restrictions from the authorities, actions of third parties, etc.).
5.2. In such cases, the Client is offered an alternative option or a refund in accordance with the actual costs.

Force majeure
6.1. The Parties are released from liability for non-fulfillment of obligations in the event of force majeure circumstances.
6.2. Such circumstances include natural disasters, emergencies, epidemics, restrictions by government agencies and other events beyond the control of the parties.

Final provisions
7.1. The Contractor reserves the right to make changes to this Policy.
7.2. The current version of the Cancellation Policy is always available on the website.
