2. Booking and Interaction Format

• Bookings are made remotely via the website, instant messaging apps (WhatsApp, Telegram), or email.
• Online payment is not accepted on the website.
• All trip conditions, cost, and details are agreed upon individually with the client.
• The final booking is confirmed after the program and terms have been agreed upon.

• Service prices are determined individually and depend on the program, dates, group size, and included services.
• All prices are communicated to the client prior to booking confirmation.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
