Distance Sales Contract

This remote sale agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) regulates the relationship between the Lubas Eyes Travel Agency and the user of the website (hereinafter
referred to as the “Client”) when making requests and booking services through the website.

1. General provisions
   1.1. This Agreement is a public offer in accordance with the laws of Turkey.
   1.2. Making an application on the website means that the Client agrees to the terms of this Agreement.
   1.3. The service provider is:

   Country of registration: Turkey
2. Subject of the agreement
   2.1. The Contractor provides the Client with travel services, including, but not limited to: excursions, tours, itineraries and individual programs.
   2.2. The Services are provided on the basis of a preliminary request made through the website, messengers or e-mail.
3. Application procedure
   3.1. The Client submits a request via the form on the website or contacts the Contractor via
   WhatsApp, Telegram, or email.
   3.2. After receiving the request, the Contractor contacts the Client to clarify the details and confirm the possibility of providing the service.
   3.3. Making an application is not an automatic confirmation of a reservation.
4. The cost of services

4.1. The cost of services is formed individually depending on the selected program, dates and conditions.
4.2. The final cost is communicated to the Client after agreeing on all the details.
4.3. Online payment is not carried out on the website. All financial conditions are agreed individually.

5. Rights and obligations of the parties
   The Contractor undertakes to:

• provide the Client with reliable information about the services;
• provide services in an agreed volume and format.
  The Client undertakes to:
• provide reliable contact information;
• provide timely information necessary for the organization of services.

Cancellations and changes
6.1. The cancellation and modification conditions of the booking are governed by a separate Cancellation Policy posted on the website.
6.2. The Customer is obliged to review the cancellation conditions before confirming the booking.

Liability of the parties
7.1. The Contractor is not responsible for the inability to provide services for reasons beyond its control (force majeure, actions of third parties, etc.).
7.2. The Parties are responsible in accordance with Turkish law.

Personal data
8.1. By submitting an application, the Client consents to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy (KVKK) posted on the website.

Final provisions
9.1. This Agreement comes into force from the moment the Client makes an application.
9.2. The Contractor reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement.
9.3. The current version of the Agreement is always available on the website.
