2.2. After receiving the request, an agency representative will contact the Client to clarify details and confirm the availability of the service.
2.3. A booking is considered confirmed only after all terms and conditions have been agreed upon with the Client.

3.2. The program, dates, price, and services may be subject to change or adjustment during the booking confirmation process.
3.3. Final information will be provided to the Client prior to booking confirmation.

Changes and Cancellations
